METHOD FOR SCREENING MODULATOR OF RIG-I MEDIATED IMMUNE RESPONSE VIA STABILIZATION OF MARCH5 EXPRESSION

The present relates to a method for screening a modulator of RIG-I mediated immune response via stabilization of mitochondrial E3 ubiquitin ligase (MARCH5) expression, comprising: (1) a step of constructing a cell line expressing mitochondrial E3 ubiquitin ligase (MARCH5); (2) a step of measuring a MARCH5 expression level after contacting a testing material to the cell line constructed in the step (1); (3) a step of measuring the MARCH5 expression level after expressing RIG-I protein to the cell line constructed in the step (1); and a step of selecting the testing material with the MARCH5 expression level measured in the step (2) increased more than a control group which is the MARCH5 expression level measured in the step (3).
