1. A process for transalkylating aromatic hydrocarbon compounds, the process comprising:
contacting a feed stream comprising the aromatic hydrocarbon compounds with a catalyst under transalkylation conditions, wherein the catalyst comprises an aluminosilicate zeolite having an MOR framework type, an acidic MFI molecular sieve component having a Si/Al2 molar ratio of less than 80, a metal component comprising one or more elements selected from groups VIB, VIIB, VIII, and IVA, an inorganic oxide binder, and about 1 to about 5 wt % of a fluoride component. |
