The present invention relates to a rotating advertising apparatus capable of preventing a line entanglement. The invention comprises: a fixed guide plate for forming a hollow in the inner circumference; a drive motor fixedly installed to the rear surface of the fixed guide plate through a bracket; a linked rotary axis coupled to an axis of the drive motor in the state of being coupled to a bearing of the hollow of the fixed guide plate, and rotating in association with the driving of the drive motor; a rotary actuating plate rotating by being fixed to one side of the linked rotary axis in the state of being coupled to be rotated to the outer circumference of the fixed guide plate; a lighting unit forming an LED which is fixedly coupled to the front surface of the rotary actuating plate; a power connection unit comprising a plurality of power connection units connected to the fixed guide plate and supplying power to the lighting unit which is fixedly coupled to the rotary actuating plate; a sensor unit comprising a conversion operation sensor, which is fixedly installed on the fixed guide plate, and a magnet sensor, which is fixedly installed on the rotary actuating plate, and sending a conversion signal to the control unit, which controls an RGB signal, every time the conversion operation sensor and the magnet sensor face each other according to the rotation of the rotary actuating plate; and a color control unit installed on the rotary actuating plate so as to correspond to the power connection unit and supplying power from the power connection unit to the lighting unit and at the same time, sending the RGB signal, which is controlled by the control unit, to the lighting unit via the conversion signal by the sensor unit. |
