The present invention relates to a connection element for a horizontal pipe of a scaffold and a manufacturing method thereof, which has an improved structure and an improved manufacturing method of a connection element (1) used when connecting a vertical pipe (20) with a horizontal pipe (10) in order to achieve simpler and easier assembling between the horizontal pipe (10) with the vertical pipe (20) without fiddling and achieve accurate assembling of a fixing pin (40). According to the present invention, a surface contact part (8) with an arch shape, which has a same diameter as an external diameter of the vertical pipe (20) is formed by a pressurized casting method at a front surface of a front end bending part (3) integrally connected with side members (2) in both sides of the connection element so that an outer circumferential surface of the vertical pipe (20) and the connection element (1) come into contact with each other when connecting the vertical pipe (20) with the horizontal pipe (10). Also, guide parts (9), which extends from side members (2) in both sides of a lower coupling hole (7), through which a fixing pin (40) passes, is curved inside to guide the fixing pin (40), which passes through an upper coupling hole (6) to penetrate through a couple hole (31) of a fixing plate (30), to straightly and vertically stand up to be accurately and easily assembled, thereby providing a simpler structure with superior durability and a strong coupling force and a simpler manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, various kinds of effects such as an excellent function with lower costs, and the like may be expected. |
