In various exemplary embodiments, an organic light-emitting component (10) is provided. The organic light-emitting component (10) comprises a carrier (12), a first electrode (20) above the carrier (12), an organic functional layer structure (22) above the first electrode (20), and a second electrode (23) above the organic functional layer structure (22). The organic functional layer structure (22) comprises first organic emitters which emit in the blue spectral range, second organic emitters which emit in the green spectral range and third organic emitters which emit in the red spectral range. The third organic emitters comprise a molecule having at least one ligand comprising a plurality of ligand units (LE1,..., LE8). The third organic emitters have the property that upon emission of light a charge transfer takes place from one of the ligand units (LE1,..., LE8) of the ligand of one of the molecules to another ligand unit (LE1,..., LE8) of the same ligand of the same molecule and the corresponding singlet-triplet splitting is small. |
