A vehicle hood panel (1) is formed by bonding an outer panel (2) and an inner panel (3) to each other. Disposed along the outer peripheral edge of the inner panel (3) is an outer peripheral seating surface (31) onto which a cushion member and hinges for attaching the hood panel (1) to a vehicle are to be later fastened. Mastic seating surfaces (33) which are to be bonded to the outer panel (2) by mastic are disposed on the region surrounded by the outer peripheral seating surface (31), and a plurality of beads (34) are formed between the mastic seating surfaces (33). At least some of the mastic seating surfaces (33) and/or beads (34) are bended so as to extend toward the hinges or the cushion member as seen in a plan view. |
