The invention relates to a method for executing a transaction between first and second mobile terminals (10, 11) in a communication network, the method including the following steps, implemented by the first terminal (10) when the terminals do not have network coverage: sending (E4) the second terminal a transaction request peer-to-peer, said request including a unique transaction identifier and information relating to the transaction; receiving (E12) a first electronic contract for the transaction, peer-to-peer, from the second mobile terminal, said first contract constituting proof that the transaction has been validated by a user of the second terminal; generating (E16) a second electronic contract for the transaction, said second contract constituting proof that the transaction has been validated by a user of the first terminal; and sending (E17) the second electronic contract to the second terminal peer-to-peer. |
