PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid containing liquid which enables obtaining a liquid containing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid efficiently and stably from an aqueous solution containing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an inorganic salt without use of excess solvent and/or electric power.SOLUTION: A method of producing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid containing liquid comprises supplying a stock solution (A) containing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an inorganic salt to the desalination chambers of an electrodialyzer which has desalination chambers formed by arranging a plurality of anion exchange membranes and cation exchange membranes alternately between electrodes and forming desalination chambers, alternately in order, between the anion exchange membranes and the cation exchange membranes and a concentration chamber and supplying a concentrated solution to the concentration chamber to carry out electrodialysis so as to obtain a liquid containing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The ratio of undissociated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids to all the aliphatic dicarboxylic acids in the stock solution (A) is 70 mol%.
