<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily viewable image with a small and simple configuration any time day or night, regardless of an imaging environment. <P>SOLUTION: A visible light imaging part 210 receives the light of a visible light wavelength band transmitting a lens 100 and converts it into a first image signal. A far-infrared light imaging part 220 receives the light of a far-infrared light wavelength band transmitting the lens 100 and converts it into a second image signal. An edge comparison part 550 compares the edge of image data to be obtained from the first image signal with the edge of image data to be obtained from the second image signal.
