<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition capable of enhancing adhesion or moisture-proof properties between a base material and an adhesive layer, maintaining adhesion between a base concrete and a floor adhesive so that the base concrete and the floor adhesive do not peel off even under a condition of water immersion while maintaining practical surface hardness, and containing no volatile organic solvent nor harmful component which is harmful to a human body.SOLUTION: The primer composition includes (A) an organic polymer having a reactive silicon group, (B) heavy calcium carbonate, (C) an amino group-containing silane coupling agent, (D) a silane coupling agent having an urethane group and/or an urea group and/or (E) a silane coupling agent containing an alkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms.</p> |
