<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparation device, a document preparation method, and a document preparation program that reduce the possibility of abuse of a marginal seal by outputting items to which the marginal seal can be applied on a document. <P>SOLUTION: A document preparation device comprising: a determination part that determines whether respective items are correct or not by making comparisons item by item between respective pieces of input data associated with respective items on a document and respective pieces of data regarded as correct associated with the respective items; an identifying part that identifies items corresponding to input data that cannot be determined to be correct by the determination part and, by referring to information on items estimated to be potentially wrong, also identifies items estimated to be potentially wrong among items corresponding to input data having been determined to be correct by the determination part; and a preparation part that adds information on a column for marginal seal to be used for correction of input data associated with the respective items identified by the identifying part and information on a description of the column for marginal seal, to document data to be printed out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
