<p>Method of managing registered mail electronically, comprising the following steps: creating, identifying and authenticating the author, electronically signing and encrypting the document to be sent to an addressee in the form of registered mail, archiving with a trusted third party, sending an information message with a query link to the work station of the addressee of the document, with, should the addressee activate the query link within a predetermined query period, the following steps: identifying and authenticating the addressee, consultation of the document by the addressee, time-stamping and archiving of the consultation step, and with, should the addressee not activate the query link within said period, the following steps: sending of the document to a DTP centre for transmission to the addressee in paper form.</p> |
