a processor configured to: acquire object information obtained by performing processing for detecting and identifying an object for image data; acquire relative position information regarding a relative position of a camera with respect to the object; register a plurality of pieces of target content information in a database in association with the object information; and control an order in which the plurality of pieces of target content information are presented on a display based on a priority determined for each of the plurality of pieces of target content information, wherein the priority for each of the plurality of pieces of target content information is determined based on at least the relative position information regarding the relative position of the camera with respect to the object.
