This invention relates to a golf exercising system using a smart phone. The golf exercising system comprises a smart phone with built-in sensors such as compass, accelerometer, and gyroscope that downloads a golf swing practice program via Internet, stores and runs the said program as a user chooses to do so, calculates and outputs data about the result of golf swing practice including the number of strokes, driving distance, swing path, swing speed and pose using the said sensors; a golf swing unit having a removable holder at the head. The said removable holder can be mounted on and removed from the said smart phone. Also the golf exercising system includes the said golf swing practice program connected to the said smart phone via Internet; and a golf data operation server that receives data associated with golf swing practice generated during swing motion of the said golf swing unit as the golf swing practice program runs on the said smart phone, makes a diagnosis of golf swing of the user and calculates correction data and statistical data of swing based on the data about the result of the golf swing practice, and transfers the resultant data to the said smart phone. The invention is not only easy to carry around, but also requires purchase of extra golf swing unit. With one golf swing unit, the user can practice swinging iron club, drivers and putting and correct problems based on diagnosis of swing motion, coaching and statistical data collected through a number of swings without the help of an expert.
