<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to control chatter vibration of a machine tool using destructive interference effects. A technical problem to be solved is to provide the method and apparatus to control the chatter vibration of the machine tool using the effects of destructive interference capable of improving the accuracy and roughness of a processed product by suppressing the chatter vibration which has the greatest effect on the processing quality among vibrations generated when processing a raw material in the machine tool. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: a sensing step which senses a chatter vibration signal of the machine tool; a signal analyzing and generating step which generates a control signal to suppress the chatter vibration by analyzing the chatter vibration signal obtained from the sensing step; and an excitation step which excites the machine tool using the control signal obtained from the signal analyzing and generating step.</p> |
