PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus for displaying stereoscopic video, and further to provide a display correction method.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus according to one embodiment comprises: video signal output means; display means; illumination means; driving means; and shutter control means. The video signal output means alternately outputs a first video signal and a second video signal which are to be visually identified in an alternate manner. The display means displays an image corresponding to the first video signal and the second video signal output by the video signal output means. The illumination means illuminates the image displayed by the display means. The driving means controls timing of illumination of the image by the illumination means. The shutter control means alternately opens a first shutter for allowing the first video signal to be visually identified and a second shutter for allowing the second video signal to be visually identified with a period when the first shutter and the second shutter are simultaneously closed.
