<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable conveyance mode, and to reduce effects of oscillation on surroundings.SOLUTION: A rotation oscillator 10 comprises a first support 11, an oscillation panel 12 disposed above the first support 11, a second support 13 disposed below the first support 11, a first elastic support structure 15 that elastically connects the first support 11 with the oscillation panel 12, a second elastic support structure 16 that connects the first support 11 with the second support 13, and rotation excitation means 15b that gives the oscillation panel 12 rotation excitation force along a direction of rotation around the axis line 10x on the basis of the first support 11. The second elastic support structure 16 comprises a second elastic member 16b that elastically connects both the first support 11 and the second support 13 at three points or more around the axis line 10x, and the second elastic member 16b is characterized by being a leaf spring comprising a plate surface having a direction along the direction of rotation around the axis line 10x.</p> |
