PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of a liquid storage container capable of accommodating a liquid storage body after liquid is injected into a liquid storage section under a state that the liquid storage body is removed from a case member in the case member, and further to provide the liquid storage container.SOLUTION: A recycling method of a liquid storage container comprises: a removal step (S11) of removing a second case member from a first case member; a removal step (S12) of removing a liquid storage body from an inside of the first case member; an opening formation step (S13) of forming an opening on an ink pack; an injection step (S14) of injecting an amount of ink less than that of the ink when the ink is injected into the ink pack under a state that the ink pack is accommodated in the case member at the first time and is stored at the first time from the opening formed into the liquid storage section; an opening seal step (S18) of sealing the opening of the ink pack; an accommodation step (S19) of accommodating the ink pack in the first case member; and a mount step (S20) of mounting the second case member onto the first case member. |
