<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery excellent in environmental resistance by using a battery material hardly affected by a battery use environment in a manufacturing process or in use.SOLUTION: A secondary battery includes: a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material layer which contains at least one compound selected from nickel oxide, nickel hydroxide, lead oxide, and lead sulfate as a positive electrode active material; a solid electrolyte having a hydrous porous structure; and a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material layer which contains titanium oxide as a negative electrode active material. The solid electrolyte is preferably a hydrous porous inorganic oxide, more preferably a hydrous porous silicon oxide. The solid electrolyte preferably contains at least one metal oxide, and the metal oxide is preferably titanium oxide or tin oxide.</p> |
