<p>The present invention relates to a data storage device and, more specifically, to a data storage device capable of accelerating reading data from a nonvolatile memory device. The data storage device includes: a nonvolatile memory device including a data read and write unit configured to read data from a memory cell array or store data to the memory cell array; and a controller configured to back up data loaded to an operating memory device to the nonvolatile memory device or load data backed up to the nonvolatile memory device to the operating memory device, wherein the controller is configured to control the nonvolatile memory device so that the data can be backed up to both the memory cell array and the data read and write unit.</p> |
