PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an erosion resistance for collapse of cavitation in a portion in which a pressure change in a fluid to be compressed occurs.SOLUTION: A fluid compression machine including a base material formed out of an alloy steel containing Cr elements, includes a multilayer film on the base material in a portion in which a pressure change in a fluid to be compressed occurs. The multilayer film contains Cr elements, Ti elements, and N elements, a concentration of the Cr elements decreases from a side near the base material to a side near a surface of the multilayer film, and concentrations of the Ti elements and the N elements increase from the side near the base material to the side near the surface of the multilayer film. |
