PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an access right for every sales representative on the basis of an organization structure even if a scheme of a branch to which an account of a client belongs is different from that of an organizational branch to which the sales representative belongs.SOLUTION: A sales support system includes: an organization DB 16 holding information relating to a hierarchical structure of an organization; a sales representative DB 17 holding information relating to an attribute of a sales representative and an organization to which the sales representative belongs; and a reference right management DB 19 holding information identifying a range in which the sales representative has a reference right in the hierarchical structure of the organization. Regarding a first sales representative, in addition to sales activity information relating to the first sales representative and information about an account of a client to which the organization to which the first sales representative belongs has an access right in a back office system 20, sales activity information relating to another second sales representative belonging to an organization within a range to which the first sales representative has the reference right, set to the reference right management DB 19 is acquired entirely or partially and displayed on a sales support terminal 40 carried with the first sales representative. |
