PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one operator to assist another operator while supporting both sides of a processing area of a power line by two operation rods, and easily adjust a gap between two operation rods connected with each other.SOLUTION: An operation rod connecting tool 1 can connect two stray link tongues 2,3. The operation rod connecting tool 1 comprises: an attaching part 11 to which the stray link tongue 2 is attached; an attaching part 12 to which the stray link tongue 3 is attached; and a connecting part 31 which connects the attaching parts 11,12 such that the stray link tongues 2,3 are separate from each other and are arranged in parallel. The operator can expand/contract the connecting part 31 by rotating a cylindrical member 41, and change a gap between the attaching parts 11,12. Further, because the operator can support the two stray link tongues 2,3, which are connected by the operation rod connecting tool 1, with one hand, the operator can assist another operator by the other hand. |
