<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thickness of a pulse wave sensor and reduce a cost of the pulse wave sensor.SOLUTION: This pulse wave sensor includes: a sensor substrate that has a first principal surface and a second principal surface which face with each other, has a first opening and a second opening which respectively penetrate the first and second principal surfaces and includes a non-transparent section at least between the first and second openings; a light-emitting element that is mounted on the first principal surface and has a light-emitting surface inserted in the first opening; and a reflected-light detection element that is mounted on the first principal surface and includes a detection surface on which light is made incident, the light being emitted from the light-emitting surface of the light-emitting element and reflected on a side of the second principal surface and then passing through the second opening.</p> |
