In a combine-harvester having a strawfeeding drum 4 behind the threshing drum 3 and concave 5, a deflector 7 extends obliquely down from the roof of the harvester-housing 1 so that its free edge 10 is closely adjacent to the periphery of the drum. The purpose of the deflector is to confine dust-laden air-currents 11 to the space above the straw-rack 6. The deflector is supplemented by a sheet-metal plate 8 to which the member 7 is bolted together with the adjustable stripping-bar 10 which forms the free edge of the deflector. |
