PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cellulose resin with improved mechanical physical properties at a low cost.SOLUTION: This invention provides cellulose resin wherein, by use of a cellulose hydroxy group of cellulose or a derivative thereof, and a phenolic hydroxyl group of a cardanol analog, the cellulose or derivative thereof is bonded to the cardanol analog containing cardanol and cadre with the cadre content of 3.0 mass% or more.
