<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and program capable of improving the success rate of communication connection in redialing.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus includes: a call origination unit for performing call origination to request communication connection; a first redialing unit for performing redialing to request communication connection after the reception of a report that a called side communication apparatus has been shifted to a communication connectable state; a second redialing unit for performing redialing to request communication connection to the called side communication apparatus at a predetermined time interval; and a selection unit for selecting whether redialing is to be performed by the first redialing unit or the second redialing unit on the basis of a response to the call origination when communication connection by the call origination of the call origination unit results in failure.</p> |
