<p>The present invention relates to a dish washer having a function of recycling water. The dish washer comprises an entrance, an exit, a plurality of washing rooms, a plurality of rinsing rooms, and an ancillary water storage means having a plurality of ancillary water tanks, wherein a driving motor drives a conveyor that moves dishes from the entrance to the exit for washing and rinsing; the washing rooms and the rinsing rooms are disposed side by side; a storage tank is disposed below each of the washing rooms and the rinsing rooms and stores washing or rinsing water; a spray bar connected to the storage tank sprays washing or rinsing water onto the dishes; each of the washing rooms and the rinsing rooms comprises a transport means for moving used washing or rinsing water to storage tanks of other adjacent washing or rinsing rooms in a direction from the exit to the entrance, and a filtering means for filtering, washing or rinsing water; and one ancillary water tank is positioned on one side of each storage tank, stores water overflowing from the storage tank, and supplies stored water to adjacent water tanks through supply lines.</p> |
