The present invention relates to an elastic paving material with excellent shock absorption, heat resistance, and non-slip functions and a method of manufacturing the same, and, more specifically, to an elastic paving material with excellent shock absorption, heat resistance, and non-slip functions and a method of manufacturing the same which can prevent a film crack, delamination, peeling-off, and the like by minimizing deterioration phenomena even in an environment exposed to infrared ray or a heat source by using a coating solution containing nano metal oxide with an excellent thermal blocking property, and additionally, has excellent durability, adhesiveness, chemical resistance and can be cured at a room temperature with a quick drying property since the material is manufactured using rubber powder of core shell structure containing silica ball, which is a silica nano particle. |
