The present invention is to solve these general problems of eel farming which causes a sudden change in production and prices based on varying catches of seed eels by catching leptocephalus at sea used as seed eels for eel farming. The present invention ensures stable production by providing nutrients needed for growing seed eels by establishing an artificial leptocephalus seed production method; and enables artificial leptocephalus production at low costs. The present invention introduces a liquid composition for leptocephalus meals and a manufacturing method thereof. The liquid composition goes through a filtering process to remove larger particles of 100μm or more, and raw materials are mostly dissolved and formed in colloid so that leptocephalus is easily digested and thus stable supply of the artificial leptocephalus is possible.
