<p>The present invention relates to a method for neutralizing recycled aggregates prepared through a wet-production process and reforming the surfaces of the recycled aggregates and an apparatus thereof. The present invention can neutralize the highly alkalic aggregates which are recycled from concrete wastes in relevant fields to suppress the leaching of alkaline substances and chemically reform the surfaces to enhance the adhesion performance, thereby ensuring the aggregates to be reliably recycled. According to the present invention the method includes: a recycled aggregate transfer step of transferring the recycled aggregates from the concrete waste; a neutralization/surface-reformation step of neutralizing the recycled aggregate being transferred with a silicon-fluoride neutralizing agent and reforming the surfaces thereof; and discharging the final recycled aggregates. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes a neutralization/surface-reformation treatment tank; the silicon-fluoride neutralizing agent dissolved in the neutralization/surface-reformation treatment tank at a predetermined concentration rate; a transferring means which inputs and outputs the recycled aggregates from the concrete waste in and out of the neutralization/surface-reformation treatment tank as well as transferring the recycled aggregates to another place; and a control unit controlling the transferring means.</p> |
