<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device capable of suppressing generation of cracks even when a light-shielding layer overlapping a pixel electrode is disposed in a dummy pixel, and electronic equipment including the electro-optic device.SOLUTION: An electro-optic device 100 has: a display pixel 100a including a first pixel electrode 9a and a first transistor 30a; a first dummy pixel 100b disposed between the display pixel 100a and a substrate end; and a second dummy pixel 100c disposed between the first dummy pixel 100b and the substrate end. The first dummy pixel 100b includes a second pixel electrode 9b, a second transistor 30b, and a first light-shielding layer 3s overlapping the second pixel electrode 9b; and the second dummy pixel 100c includes a third pixel electrode 9c and a second light-shielding layer 3t overlapping the third pixel electrode 9c but does not include a transistor.</p> |
