　A touch panel (10) for sensing a contact object (30), the touch panel being characterized in having: a glass substrate (11); a cover glass (12) which comes in contact with the contact object (30); and a sensing pattern (13) disposed between the glass substrate (11) and the cover glass (12), the sensing pattern (13) sensing that the contact object (30) has touched the cover glass (12), the glass substrate (11) being configured from tempered glass, and the cover glass (12) being configured from a glass film. A display-device-fitted touch panel (1) is realized by attaching a display device (20) to the glass substrate (11) side of the touch panel (10).
