PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioassay high polymer compound, capable of suppressing nonspecific adsorption and combination of an objective substance to be detected and immobilizing sugar, a sugar chain, glycopeptide, glycoprotein, and glycolipid or a physiologically active substance containing them without coating an adsorption preventing agent, and various kinds of sugar chain array substrates using the bioassay high polymer compound.SOLUTION: A high polymer compound for capturing a sugar chain includes a unit having a phosphorylcholine group, a unit having a hydrophobic group, and a unit having a primary amino group. A bioassay substrate is produced by coating the substrate with the high polymer compound, and is produced by fixing at least one of 30 kinds of sugar chains and derivatives thereof. |
