PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a heat quantity required for fixing a toner image to a recording medium from a heating member to a fixing belt.SOLUTION: A fixing device 18 includes a fixing belt 21, a pressure rotating body 22 coming into press-contact with the fixing belt 21, a heating member 26 coming into contact with the predetermined area of the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt 21, to heat the fixing belt 21, a rotating member 30 attached to the end 21a of the fixing belt 21 and rotated together with the fixing belt 21, and energizing members 32a and 32b pressing the heating member 26 to the predetermined area. The rotating member 30 includes a meandering regulating part 43, a flange part 44 extending from the meandering regulating member 43, and an elastic part 45 arranged on the inner diameter side of the flange part 44 and holding the end 21a of the fixing belt 21 between the elastic part 45 and the heating member 26. The end 21a of the fixing belt 21 is pressed to the elastic part 45 by the energizing force of the energizing members 32a and 32b. |
