<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device enabling a large three-dimensional workpiece with high quality.SOLUTION: In the production device of the three-dimensional workpiece, a layer of raw material powder is coated on a carrier 16 accommodated in a process chamber 12 by powder coating means 14, a plurality of radiation ranges 18a, 18b, 18c and 18d are formed on a surface of the carrier 16, and electromagnetic radiation rays or particle radiation rays are selectively irradiated on the coated raw material powder on the carrier 16 by an irradiation system 20. The irradiation system includes a plurality of irradiation sections 22, and each irradiation section is related to one of the radiation ranges formed on the surface of the carrier, to selectively irradiate. New gas is supplied to the process chamber 12 by a gas inflow system 30, and gas including fine contaminant particles is exhausted from the process chamber 12 by a gas outflow system 32 so that a pattern of gas flow is generated in the process chamber 12.</p> |
