<p>The present invention, a method for controlling mixing temperature of silica filled rubber comprise the steps of inputting mixing control conditions to a PC and mixing while injecting raw materials (S10); obtaining gradient to temperature rising velocity of mixed rubber by having an additional mixing of the raw materials (S20); renewing rotor rotating velocity required for a silane reaction by analyzing the gradient data through operations (S30); and positive temperature-mixing by a real-time control of rotor velocity corresponding to the variation of mixing temperature gradient during the reaction between silica and silane (S40). Therefore, the mixing quality of the silica filled rubber is improved since regular temperature can be maintained for a fixed time without exceeding the fixed temperature for the optimal reaction between silica and silane.</p> |
