PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change assignment of a frequency band handled by a power storage device and another facility combined for performing smoothing, depending on a deterioration state of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power stabilizer 10 for suppressing fluctuation in output power output by a wind force power generation device 2 linked with a power system 4 comprises: a frequency decomposition unit 13 for obtaining a long period component and a short period component of the output power of the wind force power generation device 2, by using a low-pass filter; a first fluctuation suppression unit 11 for suppressing fluctuation in the short period component of the output power of the wind force power generation device 2; and a second fluctuation suppression unit 12 for suppressing fluctuation in the long period component of the output power of the wind force power generation device 2. The frequency decomposition unit 13 adjusts frequency bands whose fluctuation suppressing is assigned to the first fluctuation suppression unit 11 and the second fluctuation suppression unit 12, depending on the degree of deterioration in the first fluctuation suppression unit 11. |
