PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray measurement device capable of acquiring accurate and stable and highly reliable measurement data as a portable X-ray measurement device which is easily affected by a hand shake or vibration or the like at the time of measurement.SOLUTION: A portable type, for example, hand-held type X-ray measurement device 1 is configured to detect the vibration or hand shake of the X-ray measurement device 1 by a vibration amount detection sensor 12 such as a distance sensor and a gyro sensor, and to correct the measurement value of X-ray strength obtained by using a two-dimensional X-ray detector 8 on the basis of a fluctuation amount obtained by using the vibration amount detection sensor 12. This correction includes: correction related to an X-ray source F, correction related to an X-ray detector 8 or correction by an arithmetic operation using the CPU and program software of a computer 13. The X-ray strength sampled when a measurement condition value for correcting the fluctuation amount is excessively large is not included in integration. |
