The pyrolysis fuel oil manufactured by pyrolysis as rotary reactor indirectly heating after pulverizing the decomposited material--waste synthetic resin and waste rubber, lignite, etc. The heating method is composed of double rotary cylinders having internal conveyor, pyrolized by pyrolyzing reactor which is revolving with cylinder. The material of decomposited such as waste rubber, waste synthetic resin and lignite were pulverized, therafter uniformly heating untill 600-700≦̸C to the compound which mixed in the ratio of lignite 48.5 wt. %, synthetic resin 24.2 wt.% rubber 24.2 wt. %, bentonite 3.1 wt. %.
