摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring the amount of hydrogen penetration. More specifically, the apparatus is a separation wall type and measures hydrogen penetration through a test piece made of a planar metal material. The apparatus includes: the test piece that is made of a planar metal material and has both closed sides to allow hydrogen gas to penetrate from one side to the other side thereof; a hydrogen charging member which is formed in the shape of a cylinder, has an open side joined with one side of the test piece to be closed, and is filled with hydrogen gas; a hydrogen detection chamber which is formed in the shape of a cylinder, has an open side, closed by the other side of the test piece, and contains the hydrogen gas having penetrated through the test piece therein; and a measuring device which is joined with one side of the hydrogen detection chamber and measures the amount of the hydrogen gas having penetrated through the test piece. The hydrogen detection chamber is formed to divide the centers of a joining part, joined with the test piece and the hydrogen charging chamber, and the test piece on the other side on the test piece to prevent hydrogen gas, leaking from the joining part, from entering into the hydrogen detection chamber. Accordingly, the joining part and the center of the test piece are provided so that only penetrating hydrogen gas except leaking hydrogen gas can be locally captured. Therefore, the amount and movement of hydrogen penetration, and diffusion movement and a diffusion index can be more precisely measured.</p>
