<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling machine capable of sufficiently suppressing influence on the finish of noddles by supply of replenishing water while achieving energy conservation as a pseudo dual tank type one. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle boiling machine 10 in which noodles are boiled by arranging a noodle-containing perforated basket with a handle in hot water stored in a hot water tank 22 includes: a partition plate 32 that divides the inside of the hot water tank 22 into a first region 22a and a second region 22b; a first electric heater 36a arranged in the first region 22a; a second electric heater 36b arranged in the second region 22b; a preheat gutter circulating the opening edge of the first region 22a; and a supply port for supplying replenishing water into the second region 22b. Also, the machine includes a water supply route 50 for supplying replenishing water into the hot water tank 22 and a heater controller capable of controlling on/off of electric supply of the first electric heater 36a independently of the second electric heater 36b. The partition plate 32 is used for dividing the inside the hot water tank 22 so that the hot water stored inside the hot water tank 22 can move between the first and second regions 22a, 22b in the vicinity of the surface of the hot water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
