Then, character information is read out at predetermined intervals by interval interruption. By the completion of the read-out of the character information, symbols are displayed in motion on a third symbol display device (LCD) on the basis of the simplified excitement creation action information. Therefore, symbols can be displayed in motion promptly even after the power is just turned on.
