<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device for an outboard motor capable of collectively controlling a plurality of outboard motors different from each other in the rotating direction of a propulsion propeller. <P>SOLUTION: This shift control device for the outboard motor 501 switches the shift position of outboard motors by driving an actuator 32.
