<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding device and a blow molding method by which high-yield blow molding can be performed in manufacturing a blow molded article having a built-in part. <P>SOLUTION: The blow molding device includes: a blow molding mold 20; a parison holding unit 30; and a built-in part holding unit 40. The parison holding unit 30 has: parison expanders 31; and parison outside holding plates 32. The built-in part holding unit 40 has: an airtight guide cylinder 42 for the built-in part; and a built-in part holding bar 41. The lower end of a parison 8 is expanded by several parison expanders 31 and the upper end of the airtight guide cylinder 42 for the built-in part is inserted into the lower end of the parison 8. Then the lower end of the parison 8 is held by the upper end of the airtight guide cylinder 42 for the built-in part and the parison outside holding plates 32 and pre-blow molding is performed. After positioning the built-in part 10 in the parison 8 and holding the parison 8 and the built-in part 10 by a slide core 26, the built-in part holding bar 41 is drawn out from the blow molding mold 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
