摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a manufacturing B-C-N-O phosphor with a high fluorescence quantum yield. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a B-C-N-O phosphor includes an oxidization firing step of firing a nitrogen-containing boron compound in an oxidizing atmosphere.
