<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a distributed information acquisition method which can acquire distributed information at appropriate timing. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of browsing history information stored in a browsing history DB 106, a browsing estimated time calculation unit 110 extracts one or a plurality of browsing times for each sampling period with predetermined time width, calculates a browsing estimated time for each sampling period on the basis of the one or plurality of extracted browsing times, and stores the browsing estimated time in a browsing estimated time determination unit 111.
