<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating composition formable of an insulating film that has higher heat resistance and reliability without changing the chemical structure of a resin component of conventional materials. <P>SOLUTION: The electrodeposition coating composition contains a block copolyimide having a siloxane bond in a molecular skeleton and having an anionic group in a molecule, and an organomodified polysiloxane, wherein the content of organomodified polysiloxane is more than 0.09 pt.mass and less than 0.89 pt.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the block copolyimide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
