PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female terminal fitting capable of ensuring stabilized electrical characteristics, by stabilizing electrical connection state between a spring member for terminal contact coming into contact with the flat plate part for contact of a male terminal fitting and the female terminal body.SOLUTION: In the first frame 21 and second frame 22 of a spring member 20 for terminal contact inscribed to the square cylindrical terminal fitting part 11 of the female terminal body 10, the height of sidewalls 21c, 22c in the plate thickness direction of the flat plate part 210 for contact of a male terminal fitting inserted into the spring member 20 for terminal contact is set larger than the height of corresponding inner size of the terminal fitting part 11, and the sidewalls 21c, 22c are provided with a curved shape R for allowing telescopic motion of the sidewalls 21c, 22c in the height direction. |
