PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fold-boxing apparatus with X-ray inspecting function that can facilitate the boxing of only non-defectives and simply be installed within an area of installing an existing fold-boxing apparatus by realizing a simple structure of the X-ray inspecting part to reduce the whole size.SOLUTION: A boxing apparatus comprises an X-ray inspecting part that checks whether or not an individual packaging part of a transported continuous package is non-defective on the basis of X-ray irradiation of the continuous package, a folding part that stores the continuous package inspected by the X-ray inspecting part into a storage container by folding it, and a transportation control part that controls the transport speed of the transportation part to transport the continuous package at a constant speed, and to recognize a position of a specified individual packaging part of the continuous package when the continuous package passes an X-ray irradiation position of the X-ray inspecting part. The transportation part has the function of transporting the continuous package along above and below in the X-ray inspecting part and is provided with a space to cut defectives between the X-ray inspecting part and the folding part.
